Registration

Registration to the congress will open at the end of November 2024.

Kindly find below the registration fee for the IAAP Congress 2025 (in CHF).

Cancellation

With your online registration you register bindingly for the congress. In the event of a written cancellation by 1 August 2025, 23.59 (CET), 80% of the fees will be refunded. No refunds will be made after this date. Even without participation in the congress, any outstanding participant fees will be reminded afterwards. All cancellations must be sent by email to iaap2025@meister-concept.ch

If you must cancel your participation due to illness (for yourself only), a refund will only be granted if you can provide a medical certificate. In this case a processing fee of CHF 100.- will be charged.

Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)

In case it becomes impossible to hold the Congress as planned, for reasons that are beyond our control, (including forecasted or actual storms, earthquakes, floods, and disaster), war, threats or acts of terrorism, epidemic or outbreaks of disease, travel advisories issued by any government agency or the World Health Organization relating to Zurich, all registration fees (minus a processing fee of CHF 100) that have been paid will be refunded as per the refund policy stated above. The IAAP will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, claims, costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever by reason of any cancellation, rescheduling, postponement or alteration of the Congress.

Disclaimer

The organizer and the congress organization disclaim any responsibility for any kind of damage to property and persons, which may happen in connection with the congress. In addition, no damages will be claimed in the case of program changes or non-appearance of speakers as well as cancellation of lectures, which are published in this program. The participants take part at their own risk at all events of this congress.

Insurance

Participants are advised to arrange their own personal insurances, such as travel, health, and accident insurance. The organizer and the congress organization disclaim any responsibility for any kind of damage to property and persons.
